MISS STACEY - THE PRINCIPAL

Stacey has extensive dance experience having trained from a young age. Her professional career came following her training at the world renowned 'The Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts' on a three-year scholarship course. Stacey performed for many years around the world before settling into her teaching career and now enjoys running TPA Academy. Stacey is a qualified teacher with the Imperial Society of Dance and has a BA (Hons) degree in professional practice.

MISS KRISTELLE

Kristelle trained in Performing Arts at Tring Park where she graduated with a triple diploma. As a keen advocate of inspiring children through Drama and Dance, she then toured London and Venice, educating children through Theatre in Education. Kristelle continued on her teaching path, working across Hampshire before joining us as the main Drama teacher at TPA Academy in 2013. Kristelle also teaches ‘Acting Lamda’ exams to many of our students. Kristelle loves teaching for TPA Academy and helping students achieve their goal to pursue a career in the arts world.

MISS SOPHIE

Sophie trained professionally in Musical Theatre and teacher training at Italia Conti Arts Centre for three years. After graduating Sophie performed all over the UK as well as abroad where she also performed extreme skills such as aerial hoop, fire breathing and stilt walking. Sophie has been teaching Dance, Drama and Musical theatre for ten years now and has three ISTD DDI’s qualifications in Ballet, Tap and Modern theatre. As well as Acro module one and a certificate to teach in the lifelong learning sector. Sophie loves teaching children to dance, sing and act and TPA, inspiring and giving them the confidence to be the best that they can be.

MISS EMMA

Emma spent three years training at Italia Conti Academy of Performing Arts. After graduating she spent some time working professionally, before finding her true vocation in teaching. Emma has now been sharing her passion for performance for nine years, teaching Dance, Drama and PE to children from the age of just one year old, up to post 16 and adulthood. Emma previously worked at Churcher's College, Petersfield, as part of the Sports and Creative Arts department and is now working part time at Crofton School. Emma says “The key driving force behind my teaching career is, without doubt, to share my excitement and enthusiasm for the Creative Arts and Sport. It brings me a great deal of satisfaction to see students grow in confidence and thrive on live performance, whether they are following it as a passion or simply enjoying it as part of a diverse curriculum.” Emma absolutely loves teaching at The Performing Arts Academy and we love having her as part of our TPA family.

MISS NATALIE

Natalie trained at Laine Theatre Arts gaining a full 3 year scholarship. She also formally trained as a associate with the Royal Ballet and the Central School of Ballet. Since graduating Natalie has gone on to work onboard luxury cruise lines for the last 5 years, such as celebrity cruises and carnival cruise lines. Between contracts Natalie has taught at various dance academy’s offering workshops in all styles, guest teaching and freelance. Whilst training she also gained her DDI in ISTD classical ballet. Natalie is also working towards her RAD teaching degree and loves being apart of the team at TPA!

MISS AYSHIA

Ayshia, a remarkable individual with a passion for the Performing Arts and a wealth of experience. From her early days of training at Chichester College, she immersed herself in the world of dance, honing her skills in Modern, Ballet, and Contemporary dance, ultimately earning her prestigious DDE (Diploma in Dance Education).

Not stopping there, Ayshia's dedication and talent shone brightly as she pursued her academic ambitions. She achieved a BA Honors degree in Teaching Dance, graduating with an impressive 2:1.

Now, Ayshia has found her calling in passing on her knowledge and passion to the next generation of dancers.

MISS LAUREN

Lauren trained at the renowned Performers College, where she dedicated herself to her craft and earned the prestigious Trinity Level 6 Diploma in Professional Dance. From that point on, Lauren's career blossomed, taking her on captivating adventures across the globe. 

While her accomplishments on the stage were remarkable, Lauren found a new passion in sharing her expertise. She joined TPA Academy and her classes quickly gained popularity among all the students.

 

Lauren's teaching style blends her wealth of professional experience with a warm and nurturing approach, creating a supportive environment where students can thrive.

MISS KERRY

Meet Kerry, a dynamic and talented individual with a deep passion for dance and performing arts. Kerry's journey in the world of dance education began with her pursuit of excellence at BTEC level 3, where she laid the foundation for her expertise. She holds a BA (Hons) Degree in Contemporary dance, as well as completed various teacher training courses including ISTD Tap, Modern, and most recently became a trained teacher in Parkinson’s Dance Science. 

Throughout her career, Kerry's enthusiasm for dance has led her to work with various esteemed organisations, including Integ8 Dance, Sound Pop, and Diva Academy. 

Kerry teaches many subjects, including Acro, Musical Theatre, and Cheerleading. We love having Kerry on our TPA Academy team!

MISS CHARLOTTE

Charlotte has been performing since she was just three. It started with a love of dance and she now works as a freelance Theatre Practitioner and Actor.

Charlotte specialises in Musical Theatre and Voice work for singers, actors and anyone looking to explore their vocal abilities! 

With experience in both stage and screen acting her key roles include Louise in Gypsy the Musical, The Singer in The Singer and The Old Woman in The Railway Plays (Surrealist theatre productions by award winning playwright Nicholas Joseph), as well as feature films, documentaries and advert work. Charlotte has a UWLQ 5 Diploma Music Theatre ALCM in Performance and performs regularly as a jazz singer for events including The Winchester Jazz Festival. She has a BA (Hons) Drama and English Literature from the University of Winchester where she developed a love for Physical Theatre and Voice work. Charlotte has kept in regular contact with Winchester University having taught students privately and on the Acting, Music Production & Performance courses.
